Work Guidelines
The Return-to-Work process is about returning workers to employment quickly, but safely, and not just about putting someone back into the driver’s seat. Our team is developing an updated series of Work Guidelines based on the content and structure of the North American Guidelines for Children’s Agricultural Tasks (NAGCAT). The NAGCAT is a collection of guidelines designed to assist parents and others in assigning age-appropriate tasks for children ages 7–16 who live or work on farms and ranches across North America. Voluntary use of these work guidelines can help employers and parents make informed decisions about appropriate tasks and their physical demands.
